We are authentic in our marketing, and want to be transparent, so instead of us telling you how good we are, we are sharing the letter from Bupa Health sharing their experience:
“Bupa Care Services Woodend have been taking student placements from FYI Training for a number of years now, we accept students who are currently studying their certificate in aged care as well as Leisure and Health.
The students that come through from FYI Training are nothing short of knowledgeable, practical, hardworking and determined.
They come into the home knowing all the relevant current standards, practices and information, they are never shy to ask any questions and like to get involved with day to day running of the home. They often provide a new insight into things that we as a home may not have thought of or considered, they are highly motivated and have a passion for the aged care sector.
Recently Bupa Woodend accepted 2 Leisure & Health students to complete their placement and I am happy to report that both of these students have applied for positions and have been successful in joining our team. The team and residents are excited to have them joining in our team on a permanent basis.
We will continue to have a partnership with FYI Training as we trust their processes, know the students are going to be well informed and equipped when coming into our home, know they are being taught the correct relevant practical and information and know that we are able to reach out to the trainers if we have any questions.
All communications between FYI Training and Bupa Woodend has been timely, professional and accurate.
Overall, FYI Training have exceeded our expectations and we are excited to see what our partnership brings us in the future.
