Course Description
The Certificate IV in Disability is a nationally recognised qualification for those that are either seeking employment or wish to become qualified for their current role within the disability services industry.
Graduates would be qualified to work in a range of community settings and in client’s homes. They would be providing training and support to those with a disability while empowering them to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing.
By the completion of this qualification, graduates will be able to promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervised and/or coordinate a small team.
