Student Survey Results, Above State Average with Strong Student Outcomes
Student Satisfaction Survey 2021
The Department of Education and Training releases yearly results of Student Satisfaction Surveys completed by students who undertake higher education courses throughout Victoria. Student Satisfaction Survey In 2021, over 57,300 Victorian students across more than 290 Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) participated in the survey.
As seen below, FYI Education & Training have performed above the State average in every category!
Highlight performances include:
89.7% of students satisfied with the training we provided, Victorian Average is 77.3%
80.5% of students reporting a positive teaching experience, Victorian Average is 68.1%
59% of students have an improved employment status after training, Victorian Average is 47.8%
89.5% of students would recommend FYI Training, Victorian Average is 76.6%
83.3% of students achieved their main reason for training, Victorian Average is 71.6%
We are very proud of the hard work our trainers put in every day. The past 12 months have not been easy, moving to online learning has had obstacles but we are proud to have overcome these and still delivered quality outcomes.
Our trainers make sure that their students are on track and receive the right support to successfully complete their qualifications and believe the results speak for themselves.
We are also always open to feedback and improving for our students and community.
