Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Home & Community Care Worker
Home & Community Care Workers support older people to continue living safely and independently in their own homes. Rather than providing care in a residential facility, they visit clients in their homes to assist with everyday tasks, personal care, and community participation. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working independently while developing meaningful one-on-one relationships with their clients.

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
Providing domestic assistance such as light cleaning and laundry
