We are very excited for restrictions to be easing and for you all to be coming back to face to face classes. We thank you for being patient and navigating your studies via zoom, we understand how challenging this is and like you we also prefer in class teaching for the interaction and engagement. As of Monday the 8th November classroom classes will resume.

“My advice to other students if you’re passionate it just do it may seem like it’s a lot of work but getting the practice in writing your observation in your assessments and learning from the trainers that have experience in the industry just soak it all in and get as much as you can out of that they’re there to help you. FYI Education & Training has been operating since 2007. For 14 years most of our growth has been from student referrals. It makes us proud to see our students success and to be one of the long standing Registered Training Organisation’s (RTO) in Victoria.

When does Practical Placement get organised?

Our Placement Coordinator will be in contact with you if you are enrolled in face to face learning within the first 6 weeks of your course. If you are studying online, it will be within the completion of your first 6 units. We will speak with you to organise facilities that best suit you.

Irena has recently graduated from her Certificate IV in Leisure & Health and has shown great passion and dedication throughout her studies.

Checking in with our students is important and we love to see our trainers take initiative and check in with their students.

The Department of Education and Training releases yearly results of Student Satisfaction Surveys completed by students who undertake higher education courses throughout Victoria. Student Satisfaction Survey In 2021, over 57,300 Victorian students across more than 290 Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) participated in the survey.

The Certificate III in Individual Support is a nationally recognised qualification for those that are seeking employment or wish to become qualified in the aged care; disability or home and community care industry.
