Your guide to Practical Placement with FYI Education & Training
When does Practical Placement get organised?
Our Placement Coordinator will be in contact with you if you are enrolled in face to face learning within the first 6 weeks of your course. If you are studying online, it will be within the completion of your first 6 units. We will speak with you to organise facilities that best suit you.

Student Survey Results, Above State Average with Strong Student Outcomes
The Department of Education and Training releases yearly results of Student Satisfaction Surveys completed by students who undertake higher education courses throughout Victoria. Student Satisfaction Survey In 2021, over 57,300 Victorian students across more than 290 Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) participated in the survey.

Self-care 101 for Students
At its core, self-care is the practice of protecting your own well-being and happiness, particularly during times of stress. It’s about taking action to balance physical and emotional health by knowing your limits and not going over them.
Keeping our students and community safe & inspired
The health and safety of our staff, students and visitors is paramount to FYI Education and training. To manage the exposure to and limit the spread of possible infection some measures below have been put in place to manage coronavirus outbreaks to help protect you. We are aware of and monitoring the constantly changing circumstances that are affecting our students with lockdowns and restrictions. We are committed to ensuring there is as little disruption to your course and devise flexible strategies so we can continue to support our students on their learning journey.
